RAPID PAY COMMISSIONS

All Affiliates are eligible to receive our Rapid Pay Commissions which are paid on purchases made by those you have personally sponsored. There are no qualification requirements in order to receive our Rapid Pay Commissions. Rapid Pay Commissions are paid in an amount of twenty five percent (25%) of the purchase price of all cash purchases made by those you have sponsored.

Rapid Pay Commissions are calculated and displayed in in real time in your Back Office and released to your Internal Ledger 3 days later. Please note that withdrawals from the internal ledger require that the ABC Quarterly Administrative Fee has been paid and remains current at the time of withdrawal.

DOUBLER ADVANCES

All ABC Affiliates with remaining "Out of Pocket" costs stemming from the purchase of our Star Ad Packages will receive a pro-rata share amount calculated from all company wide sales made. During the time in which your Star Ad Packages are maturing via the efforts of the publicly traded companies we have chosen to work with ABC allocates 25% of all Cash Sales made on all ABC product lines to reduce your "Out of Pocket" cost of the Star Ad Package program. 25% of the total amount of cash sales made during the previous 15 day period is paid to all Active Affiliates with remaining "Out of Pocket" costs on a pro-rata basis. Doubler Advances are calculated and paid twice monthly.

Doubler Advances and calculated on the 1st and 15th of each month and a released to your USD Ledger 3 days later.

Doubler Advances

All ABC Affiliates with remaining "Out of Pocket" costs stemming from the purchase of our Star Ad Packages will receive a pro-rata share amount calculated from all company wide sales made. Dual Team Bonus calculations take place weekly and are displayed in your back office at that time. Dual Team Bonus are then added to your Minimum Daily Earnings that have been paid and are released when the value of your Ad Package purchase has been doubled. For those that own more than one Ad Package the Dual Team Bonuses are pro-rata distributed among your active packages. Please note that total disbursements of Dual Team Bonuses are capped based on a percentage of the amount of volume contributed to the Dual Team Bonuses during the previous 365 days. This cap is provided to protect the Company and its Affiliates from the natural creep of this type of compensation program. The maximum weekly earnings are also subject to change based on the natural creepage associated with this type of compensation plan.

AD PACK MIMIMUM WEEKDAY BONUSES

Ad Pack Weekday Bonuses are derived from the sales revenues shared with ABC Systems by the public company in exchange for ABC System’s marketing efforts and advertising funds and can very on a day to day basis. Due to the un-predictable nature of the daily amounts ABC Systems has established the following minimums.

Ad Package minimum weekday bonuses are paid on your personal Ad Package purchases until you receive two times the cost of the Ad Package purchased. Currently the Ad Pack minimum weekday bonus is one quarter percent (1/4%) of the Ad Pack purchase amount. Those who choose to activate ABC System’s Auto-purchase setting currently receive a minimum weekday bonus of one half percent (1/2%) of the Ad Pack purchase amount. Additionally, those who choose to activate ABC System’s Auto-upgrade setting receive a minimum weekday bonus of two percent (2%) of the Ad Pack purchase amount. All amounts are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the ABC Systems Management Team.

Ad Pack Daily Bonuses are calculated and paid Monday through Friday and are displayed in your Back Office and are then released to your internal USD Ledger when the amount of your Ad Package purchase has been doubled. Please note that the Auto-purchase and Auto-upgrade settings may extend the release dates of your Package.

AD UNIT MINIMUM MONTHLY BONUSES

Monthly Bonuses are based on the sales revenues shared with ABC Systems by the public company for in exchange for ABC Systems marketing assistance, efforts and direct advertising and can very on a month to month basis. ABC Systems has established the following minimums.

Ad Unit Monthly Bonuses are paid on your personal Ad Unit purchases each month. Currently the Ad Unit minimum monthly bonus is 10% of the Ad Unit purchase amount, which amount is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the ABC Systems Management Team.

The Ad Unit can be canceled/terminated at any time with the following cancelation/terminations fees;

• Cancelation during days 1- 90 the termination fee is 25% of the Ad Unit
• Cancelation during days 91 - 180 the termination fee is 15% of the Ad Unit
• Cancelation during days 181 - 270 the termination fee is 10% of the Ad Unit
• Cancelation during days 371 - 365 the termination fee is 2% of the Ad Unit
• Cancelation after day 365 there is no termination fee.

Ad Unit Monthly Bonuses are calculated every 30 days and displayed in your Back Office. The bonuses are then released to your Internal Ledger 3 days later.
